Load Searching

I search for freight opportunities based on your equipment type, current location, availability, preferred lanes, target rates, and operating requirements. My goal is to identify loads that align with your business needs while considering destination markets and potential reload opportunities.

I’ll consider:

  • Current truck location

  • Equipment type

  • Available date/time

  • Preferred states and lanes

  • Minimum RPM

  • Deadhead tolerance

  • Weight limitations/ Commodity

  • Pickup/ Delivery requirements

  • Home-time requirements

  • Potential reload opportunities

Broker Communication/ Rate Negotiation

I communicate with freight brokers on your behalf to confirm load availability, commodity details, weight, appointment requirements, and other relevant shipment information. I also negotiate proposed rates and terms within the scope of our dispatch agreement, keeping your preferences and operating requirements in mind.

  • I can ask:

  • Is the load still available?

  • What’s the commodity and weight?

  • What is the pickup/delivery appointment?

  • Is it FCFS or appointment?

  • How many stops?

  • Is it driver assist/lumper?

  • Are there special requirements?

  • What’s the current rate/is flexibility available o the rate?

Load Analysis

Not every available load is the right load. I evaluate factors such as the offered rate, loaded miles, deadhead, effective rate per mile, pickup and delivery schedules, equipment requirements, and destination market. I provide the available information to help you make informed decisions about which loads work best for your operation.

I analyze:

  • Rate

  • Load miles/ Deadhead

  • Effective RPM

  • Pickup/ Delivery Schedule

  • Destination market

  • Reload potential

  • Weight/ Commodity

  • Equipment requirements

  • Shipping information

Load Booking & Confirmation

Once you approve a load, I assist with coordinating the booking, reviewing the rate confirmation, and verifying essential shipment details. This includes pickup and delivery information, agreed rates, special instructions, and applicable accessorial terms. You remain in control of which loads your business accepts.

You’ll receive/review the following:

  • Carrier name

  • Pickup/Delivery addresses

  • Pickup/ Delivery date/time

  • Rate/Commodity/Weight

  • Miles
